Clinical Cytomics Facility
The Clinical Cytomics Facility (CCF) is an association of specialized laboratories of immunology and haematology. Our interdisciplinary team comprising of experienced scientists, physicians, and BMAs from both disciplines offers comprehensive research and patient-related diagnostic services in the fields of cellular immunology and hematology.
Depending on the client's requirements, we offer multiple services, from designing clinical studies to assisting in experimental realization. CCF is a non-profit facility and its services available to internal and external clinicians and basic researchers. CCF is embedded into the broad structure of the Center of Laboratory Medicine (ZLM) and is in continuous cooperation with the teams of the Mass Cytometry and Imaging Mass Cytometry (IMC) Platform, LC-MS Development Unit, Liquid Biobank Bern (LBB), Clinical Genomics Lab (CGL) and Computational Medicine.
